BLOOM Architecture has been developing a new contemporary house design in Marblehead, overlooking a site which slopes steeply to Salem Harbor. The vertical change in grade presents two very different facades to the world- at street level a one-story facade makes the house appear to be a simple ranch, while from the water side a three story facade opens up to the stunning water views. Very excited to see this develop!
