Working in Chicago to renovate the lobby, leasing offices, and public spaces within Sky55, a residential tower on S. Michigan. Conceptual rendering of leasing area shown below: using a language of glass planes, and using accents of felt wallcovering as splashes of color, the space will become more open and inviting. We look forward to sharing, as the project develops.
