Overcoming challenges with innovation, Our design team faced numerous challenges, particularly due to the FEMA flood zone regulations that govern the area. However, these obstacles only fueled our creativity, leading to innovative solutions that enhance both safety and aesthetics.
The building features a stunning curved facade that gracefully bends through the street intersection, creating a dynamic visual experience for pedestrians and drivers alike. This fluid form not only adds to the architectural beauty but also fosters a sense of community by inviting interaction and engagement.
